You can send a quote request with this form. The form does not place an order; the fee and the scope are stated in the quote, and no work starts until the quote has been accepted.
What we need for a quote
The file, the delivery date, where the document will be used and your contact person. These four pieces of information answer in advance a large part of the questions that would otherwise come up during the job.
Why we do not ask for the file in the form
The file is not collected through this form, so that your document is not uploaded anywhere unless it has to be. When we get in touch we agree the sharing channel together and, where needed, the confidentiality undertaking is signed first.
If you do not know the volume
You can leave the approximate volume field empty. The count is taken once the file has been seen; estimates made by eye are wrong more often than not.
If the delivery date is fixed from outside
If there is a fixed date such as a tender, a court hearing or a general meeting, say so. In that case the plan is built backwards from that date and the legalisation steps are counted in separately.
What we do not quote for
We do not take on jobs for which we have no subject-matter expert, and we say so openly. We also do not accept as it stands a schedule that leaves no room for the review step; the scope or the date is reviewed together.
Your personal data
The information you share in the form is processed only to assess your request. The details are on the privacy policy page.
Personal matters
If you want your own document translated in order to submit it to an authority, that is handled through our sister site translation.tr.
Response time
Once your request has been received, we contact you to see the file. A quote is not given without seeing the file; a figure given without seeing the file rests on an assumption.
